The full exchange between Victor Henry and the controversial doctor has been revealed following a brutal groin shot.
The bantamweight bout between Henry and Javid Basharat at UFC 294 ended in a no-contest.
Basharat accidentally kicked Henry in the groin, which left the UFC fighter in agony as he spent over two minutes rolling and yelling out in pain.
However, the doctor, who later controversially put a halt to Johnny Walker vs Magomed Ankalaev, saw it differently and questioned if he was actually hit in the groin in an unprecedented situation.
He told Henry: "It wasn’t your balls."
To which the 36-year-old replied: "Oh no, it was all d*ck and balls... My d*ck was the most."

UFC commentator Jon Anik couldn't believe the doctor accusing Henry of faking a low blow.
On the broadcast, he fumed: "Oh c'mon, man! And now the doctor's gonna tell him that it didn't hit his testicles."
The fight was eventually stopped just 15 seconds into the second round.
The result, though, didn't go down well with Basharat, who believes he won the prelim bout by a legitimate shot.
"I won by TKO today 100 percent," he said. "I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I know what I felt in there and watching it over 1000 times there was no way that was low!
"I made the veteran quit. I am the boogeyman of this division. I will be appealing this ASAP!"

Henry's coach Josh Barnett, on the other hand, said his fighter was transported to hospital to undergo medical exams.
"We're in the hospital right now to get an ultrasound and some exams. His balls are swollen to like the size of a Satsuma," he tweeted.
Speaking after UFC 294, UFC CEO Dana White bemoaned the doctor's lack of experience.
"The guy’s inexperienced," he said. "I think there’s a lot of things that probably happened."
