McGregor pulled no punches on social media, unloading on Cormier - aiming a dig at his commentating, weight and poking fun at his loss to Jon Jones.
It comes after Cormier hit out at McGregor for his insults towards Khabib Nurmagomedov's late father.
The Irishman mocked the death of Nurmagomedov's father's passing in a sickening - and, again - now-deleted tweet.
'DC' has since fired back at McGregor for his latest outburst on social media, telling him to worry about the fighters that keep beating him in the UFC.

Speaking on his podcast, the American said: "It's much easier for me, because I work at ESPN.
"We have a department that does that, that can get every one of the kicks that Conor did get checked.
"So, McGregor, listen to me bud. Stop worrying about me. Don't worry about Daniel Cormier.
"Don't worry about the things that I'm saying. Don't worry about how I'm dressing and how I'm looking.
"Don't do that. Worry about the dudes that keep beating your ass every time you go into the octagon."
Of course, McGregor's on a two-fight losing skid having lost two bouts to Dustin Poirier.
He lost his Octagon comeback in January before suffering a doctor's stoppage in their most recent outing last month.
McGregor's on the mend as he recovers from the broken leg he suffered at UFC 264.
