UFC Welterweight Calls Out Brock Lesnar And Daniel Cormier For Fights
Published
Khamzat Chimaev is on a one man mission to fight everyone in the UFC - yes, literally everyone.
The undefeated Swede has never shied away from calling out rivals from his respective divisions, but it seems he has now got his sights set on some even larger opponents.
Chimaev, fresh off the back of his impressive victory over Jingliang Li, has decided to call out a couple of heavyweight icons for a fight.
That's right, Chimaev is that eager to get back in the octagon that he's willing to have a scrap with two legendary fighters who are two or three weight classes above him.
He tweeted: "Let's fight till one man leaves the cage @BrockLesnar."
Firing off another tweet shortly after which read: "@dc_mma let's make a wrestling match brother, what do you think?"
It's no secret that Chimaev just loves to fight, but stepping up to lock horns with legends like Brock Lesnar or Daniel Cormier is nothing short of insane.
Well, it proves just why he has quickly emerged as a favourite among MMA fans.
But Chimaev wasn't done there with the social media call-outs.
He then turned his attention to one of the greatest fighters to ever grace the steel cage - a bloke who happens to be in the same division as him.
Chimaev tweeted: "New king of UFC vs a legend. What do you think @georgesstpierre?"
In a real wrestling match? Are you crazy Khamzat? Love that you're confident but brother this is 10-0 DC ! @KChimaev https://t.co/yZhpi9Viiz

DC and Lesnar would be cool and all, but St-Pierre would arguably be a more sensible option for Chimaev.
The former UFC two-weight world champion hasn't fought since clinching the middleweight belt from Michale Bisping back in 2017.
Even before that, he hadn't stepped foot inside the octagon for four years.
That said, there is always talk of "Rush" coming out of retirement and lacing up the gloves one last time, although if there's any person who should be sticking their hand up for a super-fight it should be current welterweight champ and pound-for-pound king Kamaru Usman.
