Manchester United have been told an Austrian wonderkid is their ideal replacement for Raphael Varane.
In recent days, it has been claimed that Ten Hag and Varane have fallen out after the Dutchman left the defender out of the team to face Manchester City last month.
According to reports, Varane was left unimpressed by Ten Hag’s decision to pick Jonny Evans over him.

In addition, it has been claimed that the relationship between Varane and Ten Hag has ‘practically broken down’.
Despite Ten Hag denying the fall out rumours, Varane will continue to be linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
If Varane is to leave the club in January, United will for sure be looking for a replacement during the transfer window.
During the summer transfer window, United were linked with multiple defenders such as Jean-Clair Todibo and Jarrad Branthwaite.
However, according to data experts, FBref have revealed that the most comparable defender to Varane is Kevin Danso, who currently plays for French Ligue 1 side Lens. Danso ranks top ahead of the likes of Pau Torres, Joel Matip and Malick Thiaw.
The 25-year-old has been putting in impressive performances during his spell with Lens, helping the club reach the Champions League.
Since 2021, Danso has made a total of 89 appearances for Lens, scoring three times.
Speaking about Varane during his pre match press conference, Ten Hag said: “I don't know what you're talking about.
“It's just rumours but there is internal competition. When you have to decide between two players who are brilliant - Varane and Harry Maguire - then you have to make a choice.”
United are back in Premier League this weekend as they travel to Goodison Park to face Everton on Sunday afternoon.
