Mohamed Salah could set an astonishing record versus Manchester City that no Liverpool player has managed in 36 years.
After representing Egypt, where he was targeted by pitch invaders against Sierra Leone in shocking scenes, Salah returns to action for Liverpool.
He has an impressive 10 league goals to his name this season, having scored a brace in his side's 3-0 victory over Brentford earlier this month.

The 31-year-old will be looking to continue his goal-scoring ways against Man City on Saturday as he has a record in his sights.
What's more, he is on the cusp of achieving what no Liverpool player has managed to do for 36 years.
Salah is just two goals away from scoring his 200th goal for the Reds. He will be only the fifth player in Liverpool's history to reach the double century mark and only the third who debuted for the club in the post-war years.
To put Salah's incredible goal-scoring record in perspective, Liverpool greats Kenny Dalglish, Steven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler, Michael Owen, Ian St John and Kevin Keegan failed to manage 200 goals for the club.
The last player who reached the 200 goal landmark was Ian Rush when he scored past QPR's David Seaman in March 1987.
Salah has scored 198 goals in just one game less than the legendary Welshman, who struck his 200th goal in his 321st appearance for Liverpool.
The Egyptian star saves his best work against Pep Guardiola's team, having scored an impressive 11 goals in 19 appearances against last season's treble winners.
Last season, he scored in all four games against the Blues, netting against them in the Community Shield, both Premier League fixtures and in the Carabao Cup clash.
