Jude Bellingham scores stunning solo goal for Real Madrid, he is unstoppable

Jude Bellingham has scored a stunning solo goal for Real Madrid against Napoli in the Champions League.

On Tuesday evening, Carlo Ancelotti’s Madrid side arrived at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium looking to make it two wins out of two in the Champions League against Serie A champions Napoli.

The Italians went ahead through Leo Ostigard's goal in the 12th minute but Vinicius Jr equalised in the 27th minute.

With 34 minutes on the clock, Bellingham scored a sublime goal to put Madrid 2-1 up.

The midfielder took the ball and drove towards the Napoli defence before he held off two defenders and slotted the ball into the back of the net.

Bellingham joined Madrid from German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund this summer in a deal worth a reported initial fee of £88.5 million.

Since then, the 20-year-old has been one of Madrid’s best players having scored seven and assisted two in eight appearances across all competitions.

Back in June, Bellingham spoke about the first time he heard about Madrid’s interest.

He said: “I'd always been aware of the interest from England so that was pretty normal.

“It was a bit of a surprise when my dad sat me down and said: 'You've had a bit of interest from Real Madrid.’”

Bellingham continued: “I think that was maybe about 12-15 months ago. When he said that I had goosebumps, my heart was close to stopping. It's something you don't expect growing up - being able to play for a team like this.

“Money is not a thing for me. I don't think about money at all when I make these kind of decisions. I never have and will - I play the game purely out of love. I spoke to the people when I was given permission by Borussia Dortmund. I loved the feeling I got from the club. I couldn't hide it.”
