Jadon Sancho's last four 'likes' on social media are very revealing amid Man Utd exit rumours

Jadon Sancho’s last four likes on social media suggest his future lies away from Manchester United.

Sancho appears set for a January exit from United, having been embroiled in a public falling out with manager Ten Hag.

After being excluded from United’s squad for a 3-1 defeat to Arsenal on September 3, Sancho accused his manager of lying about his performances in training and making him a scapegoat.

Since Ten Hag has banned Sancho from using first-team facilities at the club’s Carrington training base and refuses to consider him for selection until he issues an apology.

With the two at loggerheads, it appears increasingly likely that Sancho will be allowed to depart Old Trafford in January.

Indeed, Sancho’s activity on X is suggestive of a move away for the player.

In the past few days, he has only liked four posts - none of which are from United players or the club’s official account. Instead Sancho has liked posts about Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo, and two Tweets from former club Borussia Dortmund.

Though there had been talk last month of a Dortmund return for Sancho, it has been widely reported that the Bundesliga club cannot afford the United star’s wages.

Indeed, speaking to Caught Offside via Team Talk transfer guru Fabrizio Romano said the winger is yet to have attracted firm interest but would be wise to consider transfers to either the Bundesliga or Serie A.

Romano said: “There’s also still nothing happening with Jadon Sancho, even if he is likely to leave Old Trafford this January.

“I have no updates on specific clubs as of now, it’s too early, though my personal feeling is that he would benefit from a move abroad to try to get his career back on track. I think Sancho could be perfect for Italian and German clubs. He needs that kind of league to be back on track.

“Still, I don’t like making guesses about a player’s future, so we’ll have to wait a few more weeks, and then it should become clearer what the next step for Sancho will be.”
