A major loophole has been discovered which means that England could still win the World Cup.
The Three Lions’ journey in Qatar ended in heartbreaking fashion after Harry Kane’s late penalty miss meant defending champions France secured a 2-1 quarter-final win thanks to goals by Aurelien Tchouameni and Olivier Giroud.
France got the better of Morocco in the semi-finals to seal a place in the final against Argentina, who dumped out 2018 finalists Croatia to set up a mammoth final.

However, a loophole has been found by a Twitter user which means England could still come away as world champions.
Adam Devlin tweeted: “Guys, it’s not all over yet. If Croatia and Morocco each get 4 players sent off today, the game is unable to be completed, the result is nul and void.
“Run with me here… if the same happens in the final, the trophy goes to the quarter-finalist with the best disciplinary record!”
Fans were quick to react to the tweet.
One said: “So your telling me there’s a chance….”
Another tweeted: “It’s coming home.”
A third fan added: “I knew negative Gareth had a master plan somewhere because it certainly wasn't in his team selections.”

Although it is pretty much impossible for that to happen, we have seen stranger things happen on a football pitch so never say never.
France will go into the final looking to become the first country since Brazil to win back-to-back World Cups.
Whilst Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, are hoping to deliver the fairytale ending to their legend’s World Cup journey.
35-year-old Messi has declared that Sunday’s final will be his last ever World Cup match. Many fans around the world are rooting for Argentina as they are desperate to see the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner lift the trophy, to cement his status as the greatest player of all time.
