Dana White has shown off his remarkable body transformation following an 86-hour fast.
The 54-year-old has undergone a stunning body transformation after enlisting the help of health analyst Gary Brecka.
He was given just '10 years to live' as the UFC CEO made some serious lifestyle changes.
White is now sporting a cut, shredded physique having lost a staggering amount of weight.
And he's revealed one of the techniques he's performed as he displayed the results of an 86-hour fast. Check it out below:

He began his fast after UFC 295, where Tom Aspinall claimed the interim UFC heavyweight title - and just a few days later, he's revealed the incredible results.
On X, he wrote: "I did an 86 hour water fast and i feel INCREDIBLE! Obviously i'm not a doctor, but i've been told by the experts that water fasting can help to significantly reduce the risk of cancer, alzheimers and a ton of other health issues."
In another post, he added: "Do you own research and talk to your own medical professionals, but I absolutely recommend it."
White explained in the video that he began the no-food diet by doing nothing more than drinking water with electrolytes for 24 hours.
The UFC chief then consumed bone broth twice a day until the fast ended on Wednesday.
The reason behind White's body transformation is to prevent illness rather than to gain a bulging six-pack.
White's been looking ripped for some time now as he continues his health kick... anyone else fasting tonight?!
