Chelsea star Cole Palmer is eligible to play for another national team despite earning his first senior call-up to the England squad.
Palmer scored his fourth of the season against former side Manchester City to earn Chelsea a point in a breathtaking 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge.
The 21-year-old had ice in his veins when he smashed in yet another penalty after Armando Broja was fouled by Ruben Dias.

It was an excellent showing from the 21-year-old, who is quickly developing into Chelsea's main man and the hub of their attacking play under Mauricio Pochettino.
Feeling as though his first-team chances at City were slim despite scoring in back to back finals in August, Palmer signed a seven-year contract with Chelsea after a £40 million deadline day move.
The decision could aid Palmer's England prospects, with Jamie Carragher feeling as though he is contention for the Euro 2024 squad given his form.
"He's part of the group of players I feel who are making a late surge for the tournament next summer for England," the Liverpool legend said on Sky Sports.
"The way he's playing right now, you feel there's a great chance he could end up in that Euros squad."
Palmer represented the Three Lions at various youth levels and was a key part of the Under 21 side who beat Spain to win the European Championship in July.
However, Palmer also qualifies to play for Caribbean nation St Kitts and Nevis, ranked 147th in the world, through his father Jermaine.
Last year, the playmaker discussed his international future and where his head is at.
There’s people over there that have talked about it but not properly,” he told SPORTbible in an exclusive interview.
“The target is for England but if things don’t work out you never know.”
Palmer was not initially named in Gareth Southgate's squad for the final two Euro 2024 qualifiers even though the England boss admitted he is "starting to play well".
But injuries have resulted in both he and former City teammate Rico Lewis being called up from the Under 21's.
