The Red Devils are currently 2-1 up in Turkey, after Garnacho opened the scoring inside 12 minutes with a brilliant finish into the roof of the net.
Fernandes then doubled United's advantage minutes later with a stunning long-range strike, before Hakim Ziyech pulled one back for Galatasaray from a free-kick.
However, fans spotted an awkward moment between Fernandes and Garnacho during United's first goal celebrations.
The Red Devils captain attempted to stop Garnacho silencing the home supporters with his finger over his mouth, with the Portugal international visibly concerned.
