Gary Neville has responded to Brentford fans directing a brutal David Raya chant towards Aaron Ramsdale during their Premier League clash.
On Saturday evening, Arsenal arrived at the Gtech Community Stadium knowing a win would take them top of the Premier League after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by Liverpool earlier in the day.
Heading into the match, the main talking point was the fact that Ramsdale was going to start in place of David Raya as the Spaniard is ineligible to play against his parent club.

With the pressure firmly on Ramsdale, things could have gotten a lot worse for the Englishman after he made a dreadful mistake with 12 minutes on the clock.
The Arsenal goalkeeper presented the ball to Brentford striker Yoane Wissa, luckily for Ramsdale, teammate Declan Rice was on the line to block a goal-bound shot from Bryan Mbeumo.
On the back of his glaring mistake that luckily went unpunished, Brentford fans took the opportunity to troll Ramsdale.
The chant ‘You’re just a sh*t David Raya’, was heard around the stadium shortly after the incident.
Sky Sports commentator Neville wrote on social media: “This is what happens when you have 2 keepers eating each other! You put them both under pressure.”

Speaking ahead of the match, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta responded to criticism directed towards him by Ramsdale’s father over his handling of the goalkeeping situation at Arsenal.
Arteta said: “Aaron, and any player who is playing less than he wanted, there are many unfortunately in a dressing room of 24 players, their behaviour that we demand and we expect is to constantly challenge and make each other better, and always have the purpose and ability to overcome the situation and play and show with facts that you have to play, and you have to play more and how wrong I am and [think] ‘how can I help the team when it is necessary?’.
“Aaron has had that attitude every day since I have been here.”
